One of our ideals here at Gamma Sig is equality, and we practice what we preach. Our organization is open to anyone who wants to put forth the effort that it takes to be a penguin. |

| Our baby penguins go through a pledge period for a semester. During this time, they meet with their pledge class Tuesdays at 6:00pm. We encourage our baby penguins to also attend our chapter meeting at 8:00pm. |
|
|
|
There are a few requirements that you the recruit must go through. You must attend four chapter meetings in addition to your pledge meetings, and you must complete fifteen hours of service that semester. Baby penguins are invited to participate in all of our socail activities and service projects. You and your pledge class will have service project of your own; along with a fundraiser, a retreat, and a betterment project for the chapter. |
